At Freemarketle Servicios Digitales S.L. (hereinafter, “Freemarketle”) we handle your data with responsibility and transparency. This document explains in plain language what information we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have over it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email and message content. We may also process technical data derived from your browsing when you have given consent via the cookie banner (device identifiers, language, approximate location and interaction events).
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use your data to respond to your enquiries (legitimate interest and consent), send you information about the real estate crowdlending model when you request it (consent), measure site audience and improve our services (consent), and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not make automated decisions with significant legal effects on you.
4. Data retention
We keep form data for the time needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for a maximum of 24 months unless longer periods are required by law. Measurement data is retained according to the period configured in Google Consent Mode v2 and, in any case, no longer than 14 months.
5. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers acting as data processors under contract (web hosting, email tools and advertising measurement such as Google Ireland Ltd.). Some providers may carry out international transfers outside the EEA; in such cases we require appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw consent at any time, by writing to privacidad@freemarketle.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have been violated.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, access controls, activity logs and periodic reviews. However, no system is 100% infallible, so we recommend safeguarding your credentials and reporting any incidents.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or service changes. The current version will be published on this page along with its update date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
